Playgroup Admission

Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are pleased to announce that the Playgroup Admission Forms for the Academic Year 2027–2028 will be available from September 1 2026 to September 20, 2026. If you wish to enroll your child/children for the upcoming academic year, please collect the Admission Form during the distribution period specified below.

Admission Requirements and Process:

Age Eligibility
Eligible Birth Dates: Children born between 1st July 2023 and 30th June 2024. Priority will be given to children within this age range; others may be considered later.

Documents Required (Please submit hard copies of the following documents when purchasing the form):
- Photocopy of the child’s valid Passport or Birth Certificate
- Two (2) recent passport-size colour photographs of the child
- One (1) recent passport-size colour photograph of each parent
- Parent’s mobile number and email address
- Admission Form Fee: Tk. 600/- (non-refundable; please bring exact amount in cash)
Authorized Purchase: Either a parent or an authorized representative may purchase the form upon presenting all required documents listed above.
Sibling Applicants: Parents must provide the current student’s details (Student’s Name, ID number, Class, and Section) at the time of form collection.
Twins/Triplets: A separate form must be purchased for each child.
Additional Information:
- Classes for Playgroup 2027–2028 will start in July/August 2027 at the Early Section (Road 77, House 5, Gulshan 2). The exact joining date will be communicated at a later date.
- Online classes may be conducted during the academic year if required.
- In the event of sudden or officially declared closures, form distribution will resume on the next working day (Sunday–Thursday, excluding government holidays). Update of any changes will be posted on the school website: www.sjwschool.org
